Multiple rollover accidents in Bay Area leave people injured

On Behalf of | Sep 15, 2016 | Car Accidents

Two unrelated car accidents in the Bay Area exemplify the dangers posed by rollover accidents. In the first accident, only one car was involved. A woman suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash, which saw a vehicle crash into six parked cars and eventually strike her. She was thrown several feet and suffered a traumatic brain injury in addition to other serious injuries. She was hospitalized.

In the other crash, two vehicles were involved. A truck crashed into another vehicle, and the truck rolled over as a result of the crash. The truck driver suffered injuries, but not details were given. Amazingly, these two unrelated accidents occurred in the same district in San Francisco within an hour of each other.

Besides the incredible coincidence of these two accidents occurring so close to each other (both in terms of location and time), the most important bit of information here is that these rollover accidents caused injuries to the people involved. Rollover accidents pose serious threats to the people near the accident scene. The vehicle that is rolling can move unpredictably and produce terrible injuries to people it strikes.

At the same time, the people inside the rolling vehicle face unique threats in terms of car accidents. Upper body injuries, torso injuries, head and neck injuries and other injuries can occur during a rollover accident.

Rollover wrecks are serious matters, and if one was caused by a negligent driver, then the victims in the accident need to consider legal representation.
